Delete your CleanPilot account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
In the app — immediately
- Open CleanPilot.
- Go to Profile → Privacy & AI → Delete account.
- Confirm.
Your account and data are removed from our server immediately and from your phone as the app resets.
Without the app — by e-mail
E-mail support@cleanhomeguide.com with the subject “Delete my account” and include your account ID (Profile → About → Account ID) or the Google e-mail you signed in with. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- your account, name, Google link and all sign-in tokens;
- your home if you were its only member: rooms, tasks, completions, scan results and onboarding answers;
- records of your AI requests and invites you created.
What remains
- A shared home stays with its other members; if you were the owner, ownership passes to the member who joined first. Tasks you completed remain in that home's history without your name.
- Server backups are overwritten within 30 days.
